Is bamboo toilet paper worth it?
Yes, if you want a tree free everyday product without giving up softness or strength. It performs the same as the toilet paper you're used to.

Is bamboo toilet paper better than regular toilet paper?
It performs the same day to day. The real difference is what it's made from: no trees, 100% bamboo based paper, unbleached and chemical free.

How is bamboo toilet paper different from regular toilet paper?
Regular toilet paper is usually made from tree pulp, often bleached for that bright white look. Bamboo toilet paper comes from a fast growing grass instead of trees, and BammBuzz rolls are left unbleached.

Is bamboo toilet paper safe to use with normal Indian plumbing?
Yes. Like any standard toilet paper, it's designed to break down in water and works fine with regular household plumbing.

Do you also make bamboo facial tissue and bamboo paper napkins?

Sustainability

Isn't bamboo also a tree? Won't cutting it harm the environment too?
Bamboo is a grass, not a tree. When it's harvested, it regrows from the same root system, no replanting needed, and it's ready to cut again in 3 to 5 years. A tree, once cut, either leaves that land barren or takes decades to grow back. Bamboo is also naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic.

What's the real difference between bamboo tissue paper and regular white tissue?
Regular white tissue comes from tree pulp and is usually bleached for that bright white look. BammBuzz bamboo tissue paper is left unbleached and chemical free, and performs the same as the tissue you already use.

What's the actual benefit when a regular white tissue pack costs ₹25 to 30?
That lower price doesn't include the environmental cost. Trees take years to regrow, and large scale tree cutting in India, often done in the name of development, is steadily shrinking forest cover. Bamboo is a renewable option available right now, before that shortage forces the switch on everyone. It's an early move on something that's coming anyway.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5 to 10 business days across India.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on all orders above ₹499. Orders below that amount have a shipping charge shown at checkout.

Do you ship pan India?
Yes, we deliver across the country.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on all eligible orders.

Returns and refunds

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there's a problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bammbuzz.in with your order number and a photo of the item.

Will I get a refund or a replacement?
Once we verify the issue, we'll decide between a replacement or a full refund depending on the case. Most of the time you won't need to send the item back. A clear photo is usually enough.

How long does a refund take?
If approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to reflect it.

What's not covered?
We don't accept returns or refunds for change of mind, an incorrect address given by the customer, or products used or opened without an actual defect.
